SanDee is a partner in Ernst & Young’s Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services practice.  She has over 20 years of experience performing forensic accounting and other internal investigations for global corporations involving matters such as financial restatement, revenue recognition, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and regulatory compliance.

With a focus on the life science industry, SanDee assists companies in developing effective compliance programs.  She has performed numerous reviews of those programs for life science companies and their third parties in Europe and Asia with particular emphasis on sales and marketing compliance and related global corruption issues.  Her experience also includes third party contract reviews when disputes arise between the contracting parties. 

SanDee led the FIDS practice in Frankfurt am Main, Germany for over three years during which time she also led the Forensic Technology Discovery Services 

group for over 20 central and eastern European countries.  She relocated to Moscow, Russia while she served as interim leader for the CIS regional practice. 

SanDee has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from La Sierra University, a master’s degree in accounting with emphasis in Accounting Information Systems from Northern Illinois University, and received her juris doctor from the University of Wisconsin.  She is a Certified Public Accountant,  Certified Management Accountant and Certified Information Systems Auditor, and is admitted to the bar in Wisconsin and Illinois.

A strong believer in community engagement, she served as a Corporate Responsibility Fellow for Ernst & Young in its pilot class, spending three months in El Salvador working with a nursery and landscaping company and developing a cost accounting system for the ornamental plant sector.  While there, she  organized disaster and relief efforts when the country experienced a volcanic eruption, massive flooding, numerous mudslides and an earthquake within one week.
